Abstract
This IDC Buyer Case Study discusses AmerisourceBergen' s enterprisewide
implementation of StreamServe to automate the mission-critical process of
customer document generation for its wholesale pharmaceuticals distribution
business. AmerisourceBergen expects this initiative to generate approximately
$2 million in annual cost savings, and the company has a long list of future
applications planned that would further leverage its investment in StreamServe
to provide additional benefits.
