This IDC study provides information on the small and medium-sized business
(SMB) market space in Australia, their take-up of mobile services and the state
of competition between Australian mobile service providers (SPs) for capturing
the SMB market segment with their existing and upcoming services.
This study will help the SPs tailor their product offerings for SMB by giving
them information on the type of product offerings in SMB space by their
competitors. It also gives them some essential guidelines to increase their
revenues from SMB-tailored products by making use of the analyst' s evaluations
