Proactive Performance Management at Innovapost

Abstract

This IDC Buyer Case Study presents the challenges, solutions, and results that Innovapost faced around application performance management. IDC has interviewed and surveyed many Canadian firms on the topic of IT system and application performance. We discussed matters from technology to ITIL. Although each story is unique in terms of what the particular challenge is and how the firm in question goes about solving it, common underlying themes arise. The challenges, solutions, and results that Innovapost faced highlight key elements of many other IT departments' tales about performance management.
