Abstract
This IDC study discusses the crucial state of channels in the IT market
landscape. IDC looks at the 20 interesting ISVs that fill a portfolio gap and
grow fast today, or will grow fast in the next two years, since the market
opportunity is expected to explode.
"Considering the huge market space in China, many global and local software
vendors have entered into this market. IT application degree is quite different
in various sizes of enterprises or industries. As a whole, global vendors play
more in the mid- and high-market offering solutions to large-scaled
enterprises. Local software vendors own an advantage in China' s small and
medium-sized business (SMB) or a specific industry market because of their
excellent localization product and industrial best practice. Nowadays, we can
see more and more advanced local software providers enter into or achieve great
success in mid- and high-market. And the competition becomes more and more
furious. At present, China market has a better IT construction environment and
keeps a quick developing pace as well. In this report, we show the shining
stars in different industries or in different solution markets. IDC thinks that
the advanced local solution providers, such as the ones in our profile, are the
