Abstract
This IDC study expatiates on the current status of the China offshore software
development market as well as the vendor ranking in 2007. Unlike in the
previous years, vendors currently are more rational in developing new
businesses and strengthening partnerships, with clearer business strategies and
market targets. We can expect more diversified and complicated business models
and service offerings to evolve in the coming years.
"For healthier and more prosperous offshore businesses, vendors should endeavor
to identify their positions and competitive advantages in the market and then
dedicate their resources to sharpen their focus on their premier targets," says
