Abstract
Demand in Western Europe for core BPO and processing services continues to grow
at a healthy rate. IDC is forecasting a CAGR of 11.9% for the period between
2007 and 2012. For all BOS (business outsourcing services), IDC is forecasting
a lower CAGR of 8.6% during this period, largely as a result of slow growth in
HR processing services.
