Abstract
This IDC study sizes the total IT spend for the SMB (1-499 employees) market in
Canada from 2008 to 2012 across all product and services categories. It
provides a high-level market benchmark for vendors to gauge current and future
SMB sales forecasts. In addition, it offers insight for vendors on the key
factors driving or impeding spend within the small and medium-sized segments.
