This IDC study reviews the worldwide and U.S. hardware support and deployment
services market share leaders, and the services that these vendors must offer
to remain competitive in a challenging network consulting and integration
services marketplace.
According to IDC' s support services research, the hardware support services
market is currently dominated by the large system integrators and server
vendors. According to Matt Healey, senior research analyst, Software and
Hardware Support Services program, "The larger vendors that have geographic
scope and can support a wide range of products are well positioned in this
market."
