Abstract
This IDC study provides the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ content
management (CM) software market sizing in 2007 and 2008-2012 forecast with
further breakdowns to 13 APEJ countries. This study also includes vendor shares
in 2007 and profiles of the leading vendor in the APEJ region.
"APEJ' s CM market surpassed IDC' s original forecast and was valued at US$181.8
million in 2007," says Ridhi Sawhney, market analyst, IDC Asia/Pacific.
"Despite an uncertain global outlook, the CM market is expected to grow
steadily as organizations focus on compliance and risk management initiatives
and improving business process efficiencies. The CM market in this region is
expected to grow at a 14.8% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) to reach
US$362.0 million by 2012."
