This IDC Forecast Update provides a high-level, comprehensive view of the worldwide digital camera market. It contains 2007 actual unit shipments and total 2008-2012 forecasts. Data is presented from the United States, Japan, Western Europe, Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan), and the rest of the world. This study does not include PC cameras, digital camcorders, or camera phones.
