Abstract
This IDC study provides the insights to better understand the infrastructure
management software that covers system and network management and storage
software and vendor perceptions of the respondent base in Australia, Korea, the
People' s Republic of China (PRC), and India, with focus on mindshare in terms
of value of offerings and innovation.
"Respondents indicate a trend toward associating cost with value for money as
well as preferring broader suite vendors with diverse portfolios. They also
picked the same top vendors in terms of innovation as well as value of their
product offering, indicating the perception of the link between the two," says
Daphne Chung, senior research manager, System Infrastructure and Middleware
Software Research.
