Abstract
This report presents analysis of products showcased by FPD (Flat Panel
Display) companies at the SID (Society for Information Display) 2008
International Symposium, Seminar and Exhibition, held in Los Angeles, United
States between May 18 and 23, 2008. Overall, 565 products by 22 companies are
addressed in this research. Data presented in this research are mainly based
on information disclosed by the respective companies on location at the SID
2008. The author of this report, MIC Senior Industry Analyst David Chen,
traveled to Los Angeles to attend the exhibition, and the content of the
report is therefore based on primary data obtained at the exhibition.
