Abstract
The report is devoted to investigation of current standing of market of
carbamide in CIS countries and forecast of its development. The report
consists of 6 Sections, contains 104 pages, including 24 Figures, 37 Tables.
This work is desk study. As information sources, we used data of State
Committee on Statistics of Russia (Rosstat), Federal Customs Service of
Russia, Inter-state Committee on Statistics of CIS countries, official
domestic railage statistic of JSC RZhD (former Ministry of Railway Transport
of Russia), sectoral (industrial) and regional press, annual and quarterly
reports of companies, data from web-sites of company-producers and consumers
of carbamide.
The first Section of the report presents data on reserves of resources for
production of carbamide, and their characteristics. The Section also considers
technology of production of ammonia nitrate, as well as data on the main
suppliers of the resources, destinations and volumes of supplies.
The second Section is devoted to analysis of production of carbamide in CIS
countries. The Section presents official statistic and estimated data on
volumes of carbamide production in Russia, Ukraine and other cIS countries, as
well as data on quality parameters of the product.
The third Section is devoted to analysis of foreign trade in carbamide in
Russia and Ukraine for 1999-2006.
The fourth Section is devoted to analysis of prices of producers on carbamide
at Russian market in 2004-2006 and in Ukraine in 2006, and analysis of data on
dynamics of export-import prices on the product in Russia and Ukraine from
1999 to 2006.
The fifth Section presents analysis of consumption of carbamide in Russia. The
Section offers supply-demand balance of the product, sectoral structure of the
consumption, description of current standing of the main end-uses of
carbamide, the main consumers and current standing and prospects of
development of the greatest company-consumers of carbamide.
The sixth, final Section of the report presents forecast of development of
Russian market of carbamide up to 2010.
The Appendix includes addresses and contact information on
enterprise-producers of carbamide in CIS countries.
