Abstract
The report presents information-analytic material for specialists in field of
production, trade and usage of excavation equipment. The report contains 113
pages, including 21 Figures and 40 Tables.
Specialists of production companies will find in the report:
- useful information on standing of Russian machine building in part of
excavation equipment);
- estimation of competition in segments of distinct classes of excavation
equipment;
- expert estimation of their positions at Russian market of excavation
equipment.
Specialists of trading companies, basing on information from the report, will
be able to optimize purchases and sales, taking into account preferences of
importers of excavators and comparative characteristics of excavation
equipment of various producers.
Users of excavation equipment will obtain from the report comprehensive basis
for making decision on choose of excavation equipment for maximal compliance
to their goals.
The Analytical Section presents detailed information of dynamics and volumes
of production of excavators in Russia, foreign trade in excavators,
supply-demand balance of excavators at Russian market, expert forecast of
development of the market.
As information sources for the report, we used data of Rosstat, Federal
Customs Service of Russia, official domestic railage statistic of JSC RZhD
(former Ministry of Railway Transport of Russia), specialized, sectoral
(industrial) and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, as
well as data from web-sites of company-producers and consumers of excavators.
At final stage of the work, some data were verified and corrected in the
course of telephone and direct interviews with representatives of companies,
involved in excavator business.
The Information Section presents brief characteristics of excavation
equipment, produced by enterprises of CIS countries, features and competitive
advantages of foreign excavation equipment, available in Russia (the machines
of the main players of global market of excavation equipment).
