Abstract
The report is devoted to studying of market of asbestos-cement board and
current standing of enterprise-producers of the products in Russia. The
reports covers only enterprises, the main products of which are corrugated and
flat asbestos-cement board. The report includes 7 Sections, 62 pages,
including 35 Tables, 23 Figures and Appendix. The report is a desk study. As
information sources, data of Federal Service of State Statistics (Rosstat),
Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS), official domestic railage statistics
of Ministry of Railways of Russia, data of companies, the sector and regional
press, annual and quarterly repots of companies, internet-sites of
company-producers and consumers of magnesite were used.
The first Section describes mineral resources base of asbestos-cement board in
Russia. and presents data on regional structure of positioning reserves of
asbestos and cement in Russia and reserves of the greatest deposits of the
resources.
The second Section describes methods of production of asbestos-cement board,
and dynamics of the production from 1997 to 2006.
The third Section is devoted to analysis of the main producers of
asbestos-cement board, dynamics of production, domestic traffic, and export
supplies of the enterprises from 1997 to 2006.
The fourth Section is devoted to analysis of foreign trade in asbestos-cement
board in Russia, including dynamics of volumes of export and import, regional
structure of the supplies, data on volumes and flows of the supplies of the
greatest exporters and importers of asbestos-cement board.
The fifth Section is devoted to consumption of asbestos-cement board in
Russia. It presents supply-demand balance of asbestos-cement board and
estimates sectoral and regional structure of the products consumption.
The sixth Section presents brief review of key end-use - building industry,
including analysis of volumes of works, implemented in the industry, and data
on production of the main building materials.
The seventh Section is devoted to forecast and prospects of development of the
market, presented both by InfoMine experts and companies of the sector.
The Appendix contains contact information on the main producers of
asbestos-cement board in Russia
