Abstract
The report is devoted to investigation of current standing of ceramic brick
market in Russia and forecast of its development. The report includes 6
Sections, 186 Pages, including 32 Figures, 32 Tables and Appendices. The
report is a desk study. As information sources, data of Federal Service of
State Statistics (Rosstat), Federal Customs Service of Russia (FCS), official
statistics of domestic railage in Russia (JSC RZhD data), data of companies,
the sector and regional press, annual and quarterly repots of companies, as
well as web-sites of enterprise-producers and consumers of ceramic brick.
The first Section of the report presents information on resources for
production of ceramic brick, their characteristics and reserves.
The second Section describes in details technology of production of ceramic
brick, as well as equipment for the process. The Section of the report
presents statistical and estimated data on volumes of production of ceramic
brick in Russia from 1999 to 2007. Besides, the Section describes current
standing of company-producers of ceramic brick and presents description of new
projects on production of ceramic brick in Russia.
The third Section of the report presents data on foreign trade in ceramic
brick in Russia for the period of 1997-2006 and estimation for 2007.
The fourth Section presents data on prices on ceramic brick at Russian market
in 2005-2007, as well as analysis of data on dynamics of export-import prices
on the products in Russia in 1998-2006 and 9 months of 2007 (plus the prices
estimation of the whole 2007).
The fifth Section of the report presents consumption of ceramic brick in
Russia, including supply-demand balance of the products, regional and
commodity structure of consumption, seasonality of supplies, the main
consumers and current standing and prospects of development of the greatest
company-consumers.
The 6th Section of the report presents forecast of development of Russian
market of ceramic brick up to 2015, as well as forecast of development of key
end-uses of ceramic brick.
The Appendices present GOSTs on production of ceramic brick and approximate
calculation of brick consumption for housing.
Also the Appendices present addresses and other and contact information on the
main enterprises, involved in production of ceramic brick in Russia.
