Abstract
This Manufacturing Insights study looks at the lean automation market and how
companies should approach decision making. Manufacturing Insights spoke with
more than 20 companies on the lean journey to determine how they made effective
decisions in automating their efforts. Readers should use this study to
determine their specific requirements for lean automation, create a business
case, and construct a shortlist of potential providers.
