Abstract
This Manufacturing Insights report highlights the key importance of supply
chain collaboration and networkwide analytics in driving innovation as well as
synchronizing planning and execution among supply- and demand-focused partners.
The ability to develop and scale collaborative processes with key suppliers
and/or customers has clearly become a key differentiator for world-class
companies, but wider-scale deployment remains a challenge for many
manufacturers. The reasons are many, but primarily lie in the areas of
organizational change management and process deployment.
