Abstract
This Manufacturing Insights report presents findings on customer satisfaction
with SAP, HP, Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM (aka the SHOMI vendors); analyzes how
the vendors' product and service strategies align with improving satisfaction;
and offers specific advice to IT buyers in managing these relationships. The
SHOMI vendors will have a tremendous influence on the IT investment strategies
of manufacturing companies.
