Abstract
This report presents churn statistics for 47 operators worldwide highlighting
overall blended churn in addition to the average postpay and prepay churn
levels experienced by operators during 2007. We compare churn levels with
previous financial years and provide commentary on those operators which
experienced the largest increase and decrease in churn over the year. Our
benchmark statistics also highlight churn by market entry position; by number
of MNO competitors; and by mobile market penetration.
