Abstract
This report focuses on the study of the global Zinc markets. It provides
region analysis on Zinc Production. It features major Zinc producers, prices,
supply and demand conditions, international trade, etc. The review also
includes future outlook of the world Zinc market.
Zinc is a metal that is
brittle at ordinary temperatures but malleable at temperatures above 100°C. It
is corrosion resistant and this property is exploited in its chief use as a
steel coat-ing (galvanising). Its other main uses are as zinc die-castings and
alloyed with copper to make brass, which is widely used in the electrical,
engineering and construction industries.
