Abstract
This report examines customer bills issued by a number of MNOs worldwide:
- Telstra, Optus, 3 & Vodafone in Australia
- Airtel & Hutch in India
- Vodafone Ireland
- Movistar & Amena in Spain
- Orange, Virgin & Vodafone in the UK
The purpose is to showcase examples of the design, layout and content of monthly customer communications. We highlight interesting and effective approaches, and finally combine some of them into a single example: "The Ultimate Bill".
