market size will be Production in the U.S. + Balance of Trade i.e.
Shipments + (Imports - Exports).
Note that the values are in net selling values, i.e., free on board (f.o.b.)
from the manufacturing plant, and not the retail / wholesale price sold to the
end consumer.
